Dog's Description
Poppy is a Mini Australian Shepherd. He is black, White, brown. While out for a walk, on 7/4/25 Poppy got loose from his harness, on GULL BAY RD. PUTNAM STATION, NY 12861 Poppy is very skiddish so DO NOT APPROACH. Poppy and his family are not from this area, they were in the area visiting family. Poppy is STILL MISSING as of Jul 16, 2025, last seen 710/25 near Hutton Square rd & Mill Bay rd, Putnam, NY. Alfie’s rescue is involved. Unfortunately there had been two unsuccessful trappings of him due to human interference. NOW with the extreme heat, time is of the essence! Poppy was last seen around 7/10/25 between Mill Bay and Hutton Sq Rd. No more sightings have been reported nor has he been picked up on the cameras left at food stations he's been seen at.Please call immediately with any sightings or info to Alfie’s Rescue at (518)222-6219. And/or the local Putnam, NY Animal Control officer at (518)692-2840. Please help get Poppy home safely! Share this everyday, everywhere 🐾💔🙏Spread the Word
