To avoid being a victim of a scam we recommend that you do not send money to anyone claiming to have your dog. Always insist that your pet is returned to you before any reward is paid. Do not send money to someone claiming to need money to ship your pet to you; this is a common scam. Always meet the the person who is claiming to have your dog in a public place. If you run into any difficulties with the person claiming to have found your dog contact the local authorities to help resolve the situation.

NOT microchipped: We found this handsome boy on January 5th in Tampa, FL 33637, roaming near the 301 Youth Complex. He looks like a Norwegian Elkhound and is very sweet and friendly. After several failed attempts to get him into the car, we were able to bring him home, and he is currently in our backyard. Unfortunately, we can’t keep him, so please spread the word and help us find his owners. We've posted in several groups/apps, but feel free to recommend more. We're also sharing his photo and description with local vets. Your help is much appreciated.Spread the Word
