Found two dogs together on I-24 at Almaville RD exit. Wet, dirty, hungry, both female but the larger might be male. I can’t get a good look. Not chipped. Both have collars. Smaller, younger dog is all black. Older larger dog has cowprint paws and a white stripe on chest. A small nodule on head by left ear or an injury.
