There’s a little brown chihuahua running in the Webster tube from Oakland to alameda!! I was able to be the car right behind him so I was right behind him as he was running towards the end of the tube and luckily the car next to me was also doing the same thing so that we were able to stop traffic from going in front of us so that the dog would get out safely but when we got towards the end of the tube, my boyfriend Tried to get out and get him before he ran out of the tube and then God knows where he would go after that so my boyfriend tried to get him but he ran away the other way back towards Oakland unfortunately he couldn’t get him but I called 911. They’re sending in emergency animal control out there , so if anyone is looking for their little brown Chihuahua, I think it had a pink harness on. So it might be a female but I couldn’t get close enough to tell for sure. I really hope someone gets this little baby to Safety very soon!!
