Do not send money to someone claiming to need money to ship your pet to you; this is a common scam. Always meet the the person who is claiming to have your dog in a public place. If you run into any difficulties with the person claiming to have found your dog contact the local authorities to help resolve the situation.

Found this pet on 62 Avenue & 60 Street and saved it from a main street as it was dodging cars. It’s a puppy, my dogs will not accept it and I’m afraid for his safety. Went to Banfield, no chip. Went to Doral Animal Shelter, full for over a month would not accept new dogs. Called fosters programs given at shelter, not accepting, no answer, or email. I called Animal control services and I have Monday5/8/23 they told me they would be euthanized. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE I have called friends, family, co workers tried to do the right thing. He’s a puppy, friendly, and clearly trained as he listens to commands like sit, stay. I am putting poster up in the area I found him tonight but I beg you if you have space for this pup please contact me 786-361-8808 or 786-383-0641Spread the Word
