Dog's Description
Older Pug, female, approximately 20 lbs, friendly. Has chronic skin condition around throat area for which she takes daily medication. Has dietary needs due to skin issues. She is partly blind from age and does not respond to her own name well, unless you call her "Putt Putt" in a nice voice and offer her a small treat. Very food motivated, but chicken is no good for her due to skin conditions. She was in backyard, unleashed, no collar, doing an early morning potty between 7:30-8am. While pet mom (also my Mom) went inside to say goodbye to granddaughter going to school, Rosie wandered off. Family searched in area for hours extensively, and again through the middle of the night - We believe she may have wandered up to the road when she heard granddaughter get ride to school on morning of 8/30/22 - Tuesday. This is Grandma's dog, visiting family at address provided. Rosie is 12 years old, also goes by "Putt Putt." Takes daily meds for skin condition, unfamiliar with area.
